At Repossi, we ensure a seamless return process for our jewelry pieces, offering complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains intact. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all accompanying certificates and documentation.

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Repossi box and secure it within the shipping carton, ensuring all original diamond certificates and authenticity cards are included.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original order and schedule a complimentary collection with our designated luxury courier service.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
